Cancellation Policy:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel. or drop email to priladofashions@gmail.com for order cancellation within 24 hours from the date of order.
Return Policy:
If you think, you have received wrong goods than i accept return and arrange refund another issue like color,size issue than exchanges only and we are do not arrange reverse pickup on exchange cases self return to our warehouse address and share tracking details on priladofashions@gmail.com for exchange process.
mentioning your Order ID.We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a exchange request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
Refund would be processed within 3-7 days after the product is received back .
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
If the kids dress has been ordered with fall and edging
If the product is customised for you
If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
If the product is made to order
Exchange Policy:
You have to raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note PriLado Fashions will not arrange any doorstep pickup it will be self curier on our warehouse address and share tracking details on priladofashions@gmail.com for exchange process.
Exchange is not possible if the kids dress has fall and edging done to it
Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
for you.If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.If you want to exchange your product with another product of
lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note.Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
No discount will be given on exchange orders.
We do strict quality checks before delivery of any product. Hence we don’t accept returns on the products sold in our studio.
Free Gifts:
If you return your order for any reasons, you shall return the free gifts along with package as well, unless asked not to do so.
