We have a customer friendly 7 days return & exchange policy.

Unfortunately, If you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. drop email to priladofashions@gmail.com or inform us via Whatsapp (+91-9148339858) for order cancellation within 24 hours from the date of order.
No Cancellation Fees will be applied.
We don't accept any cancellation once Order is Shipped.

If you think, you have received wrong goods then we accept return and refund the amount. You must do video recording of package opening and share it with us via Whatsapp. Please ensure recording captures all corner of packet properly and it is open only on video recording.
Our Team will validate the recording and confirm if product is incorrect or not. Based on confirmation, further actions will be taken.
You need to Ship the order to us via SpeedPost(Post Office) on given address(we can provide the address via Whatsapp). Your shipment cost will be borne by us.
In case of Wrong Product, based on your preference we can either refund the amount or send the correct product without additional fees.
For other issues like color ,size issue, we accept exchanges only and we do not arrange reverse pickup on exchange cases. You need to ship the product to us on our shop address(details can be shared via Whatsapp). Once Order is received at our end, we will ship exchanged product back to you without any additional charge.
When you return the product to the courier , it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). You need to share shipping receipt with us.
Any Refund would be processed within 3-7 days after the product is received back .

We do strict quality checks before delivery of any product.

If you return your order for any reasons, you shall return the free gifts along with package as well, unless asked not to do so.
